Has done M.Sc. (Tech) in Textile Chemistry from UDCT, Mumbai University now known as ICT and B. E. (Textile Chemistry) from MLVTI, Bhilwara

Experienced campaigner in textile spinning and fabric processing including dyeing and printing across a variety of textile materials.

He joins the company with 17 years rich experience from renowned organisation in fabric production, silicone formulation, product development, technical sales and marketing of textile auxiliaries.

He established innovative concept in field of textile wet processing, fibre dyeing and spinning industry. He contributed in development of speciality products and their application, technical services at floor level, planning, and marketing.

Mr. Vilas Hadawale

He graduated from Pune University and pursued his career as Trainee in Chemical Manufacturing in one of most established chemical company, from then on with his talent, skill development & experience, he grew to Production officer to Production Manager to factory manager to General Manager to Vice President Project Management & Operations.

In last 35 years, he established state of the art Green Field Chemical manufacturing plants and contributed in Production, Planning, Overall controlling of factory, manufacturing specialty chemicals catering into Leather, Textiles, Construction, Paint, Emulsifiers, Pharma, Agro, Personal Care etc.
